Effective training is an often overlooked and underestimated part of successful business management.

1. Has not developed undesirable habits.
2. Fully understands the effect on the business of carrying out their task/s correctly and incorrectly.
3. Is capable of effectively communicating the desired skills and knowledge to the trainee.
